GMA understands taxpayers are apprehensive when it comes to filing taxes with fear of how expensive it may be. We work with any clients that receive smaller refunds and can’t afford the preparation fees. We have let a few clients pay when they get their refunds trusting they will do so and they have, building trusting business relationships. GMA participates in donations and volunteers throughout the year helping to feed and clothe the less fortunate. Supporting high-school graduates and college attendees who work and go to school, teaching them financial literacy and waiving fees for the students with refund amounts lower than $1000 and no charge for the first year of college, sometimes until graduation. Honoring 1 youth $500 towards starting their own business. GMA has been the host of several Tax Q&A events at local churches in the DFW area, helping social security and retirement recipients.
